Which one do you like the most?

The Kinks and Elvis are both classic artists that created many of the standards of Rock n' Roll to come, and left an incredible, lasting impact on popular culture. I'm not exactly sure how anybody can lump a limp modern artist like Panic! at the Disco in with such legends and not expect someone to pounce on them and call them a fool, or any manner of insult that I won't condone here. I'm also not sure how others can come in and claim that an artist who rides on the coattails of every other popular act and becomes famous for sounding like the music around them is somehow better than two artists who defined their own sound and established a sound for a generation. If Panic! were even trying to sound original, they'd be totally different band. Then again, they wouldn't get the same airplay or make the same money, so sell-outs ahoy!
Ignoring the first entry of the three, I actually find myself listening to The Kinks more than I do Elvis. They were fun, and catchy, and far ahead of their times. Wait - that really describes both, doesn't it? The Kinks just tend to "do it for me" a little more than Elvis.

Panic is alright, don't know anything about the Kinks. And Elvis well how can you deny the place Elvis has in History.

I like Panic! and the KInks alot.......but i'm not really an elvis fan....ok so he's "the king".....well this is a democracy!
