My partner and i are engaged to be married. The churches we like in our area are all chruch of england churches. Are you in the uk allowed to get married in a church that isnt exactly the same faith? We are non practising roman catholics.

Yes, you will find most Anglican clergy have no hang-ups about this, but will probably (naturally) require that you attend the church regularly at least up to the time of your wedding

and that's not just for catholics.

the good old C of E would be happy to accept atheists, the apoplectic, maybe not the devil himself?

but generally, as long as there's a pay-cheque at the end of it; they'll let you do whatever you want.
