Submarine screen door installer- Just delivering the doors is hazardous;

Dom DeLuis' personal chef- the guy's lost like 4 fingers over the years;

Cloud Seeder- Just digging the holes can kill you, if you didnt bring your parachute;

Roseanne Barr's gynocologist- We dont even KNOW what happened to the last two;

Food Taster for Saddam Hussein- Needs no comment;

Food Taster for Anne Coulter- Probably a temp position- Dont order a calzone in the Big Apple for a couple years, Anne;

Veterinary Dentistry, Great White Shark Division-

Seriously, even with all its safeguards, working with Level 4 Biohazards HAS to be the most dangerous. Think of the crushing responsibility of "one slip and the human race could be wiped out"

I would say the most dangerous job in the world would be construction of sky scraper buildings. Walking out on those bare beams , high above the ground is very scary to me. Also think of the guys that walk to the top of the say Tappan zee bridge or the Golden Gate, for example.
