So the other day I backed into a brick wall. It busted up my back tire, but instead of stopping, I drove on it for about 5 miles before having to stop because it was smoking and completely torn up.

now i put the spare tire on it, but could only drive it about a mile before stopping again. the wheel is still wobbly on it, and the car feels very shaky, but the engine feels fine. it looks the wheel frame on that back tire is really bent out of shape.

what should i do? what kind of mechanic do I take it to?

Do i take it to a brake specialist or a car body mechanic? if the rim/frame is bent out of shape, how much will it take to fix? please help!!!

also, do i have rent a tower to pick it up or do some mechanics do that?

its a 97 plymyth breeze (similar to a dodge stratus)

You BENT the Rim find a good auto recycler and buy you another rim, then go to the local tire Store and buy a new tire, while there have them check for any suspension Damage

if its just the rim thats bent you will have to replace the rim. take it to your regular mechanic one that does all kinds of work or call them and tell them what happened and if they can take care of it. don't drive on it though and for future reference whenever you have a flat don't drive on it, if you're alone either change the tire yourself or call someone to come help you

Damn! Take it to a body mechanic because your car is probably screwed!! You really shouldn't have driven on it and taken to the mechanic right away!
