Honest, funny, smart, caring, baseball loving, Notre Dame football loving, fairly religiously matched, kid-loving non-smoking, doglover

Not asking for that much is it ?

Type of guy that matches certain type of woman - even people that don't match all "criteria" can be right when certain things are triggered - My sweetie of the last 3 years only matches half of the above - and yet we still are working pretty well (mostly)
Someone out there for everyone - just a matter of the stars aligning and finding them

My instant shallow attraction is always how he smells. He can be real good looking, but if I don't like his smell ... He's gone.

I've read in a magazine that woman often do this. A man sends out pherimones and the woman will decide if she's attracted to the pherimone. However, a woman's cycle will determine what kind of man she's looking for. For example, when she's fertile, she'll select a guy who's sending out "alpha male" pherimones; or pherimones which are extreemly different from her families. When the woman is pregnant, on birth control, in a docile state then she will be looking for a man who smells like her family (dad, brothers, uncles, etc.). This is problimatic in today's society because so many woman are perpetually on the "Birth Control". This fools her senses, and she'll ususally pick the guy who smells like her family for safty ... however, in the long run, she'll notice over time that the guy she married smells real bad and this causes her to stray ... anyways that's what the magazine feed me ... dunno if it's true, but it makes sense.

No, but how he maintained it would tell me something about him. No matter how fabulous or plain or POS his vehicle was, does he keep it relatively clean inside and out, and in good repair or is it trashed and filthy? I've dated guys that drove ugly junker looking car, big pickups, sports cars, and stuff in between. I'm not dating his ride, I'm dating him. I don't have a fancy vehicle, no right to require it of a potential partner.

Yes. It is just a matter of weather or not that guy can be found. I personally go for the guy who can set in a coffee shop or book store and talk about music and poetry all day long. But hey whatever works for other's. It is all in where the girls are looking and were the guys can be found

I think that deep attraction is something pretty hard to explain. I don't think it's as simple as one "type" or another. I know what I might *think* is the perfect guy for me might ultimately be a bad match. (And I speak from experience!) :-)

exciting, attentive, doesn't sleep aroundl someone that makes you feel special, pretty, and like you are his world. Someone that will always listen, put his mate's needs first before his own, is a good provider and never would dream of hitting, cursing or belittling the person he loves. That is everyone's dream mate, I know I have one of those. Good Luck.

There is suppose to be according to all the dating networks, but I think that most women want a man who is dedicated, will not cheat on her, will not steal from her, will not lie to her, will not beat her and will not abuse her mentally.
