Wearing gloves will actually prolong the beauty of your nails, I presume u have had Acrylic enhancements to your nails, if you can get some Solar Oil and put that on daily that will even help them further, another tip to keep them in tip top condition, try not to use them as a tool, if you do it will weaken them or crack or split them, it could even lead to lifting, so try your hardest not to use them for opening anything etc..Enjoy them.

No, the gloves will not mess up your nails. I work in the medical field and I find it helpful to wear two sets of gloves at a time to prevent the gloves from breaking.

not at all infact its a great idea to where gloves to protect espically when doin housework etc as they could get chipped or damaged by chemicals!
Some1 said u may get an infection this is very unlikly if the nails has been applied properly, infections usally only occur when part of the nail is lifting or air bubbles have been left where the tips been put on or the technician hasn't cleaned ur nail plate properly b4 hand these r the only way bacteria can get in but if you went somewhere repitable u should be fine and when u do notice lifting it'll be a good idea to remove them as the heat of the gloves could then cause problems..and as said above solar oil applied regularly is great for keeping the extention supple and in good cont for longer.

it wont mess your nails up but it will or may puncture the gloves. i dont know what profession you are in, but I know when i was in nursing school we could not have fake nail because of the risk of tearing the gloves. now just think of all the crud that would get under your nails! wiping someone after a bowel movement and your glove tears! GROSS!!! then you'll be cleaning crap from under your nails!

I suggest you wear gloves when you're alone and don't need to show them to anyone. When you take them off, though, be careful and don't grab the nail when you go to pull off the glove. However, when you're in public- show them off, make them worth your money. If you're just at home cooking macaroni and cheese, then you can wear the gloves. Of course, wear them at work too, because you have too, but you can always take them off when work is done.

Usually they won't,because of the acrylic being so tuff.On the other hand the polish will start to chip after awile.Especially because the gloves creates moisture in the glove and can make polish bubble,chip,ect..
