yo wad up i am puerto rican but there are some puerto ricans that are not dark do alll puerto ricans hav to be dark

Of course not, We are a mixed race. You go to Puerto Rico and you will find all colors all types all heights and all weights. Blondes with blue or green eyes, brown skin with green or blue eyes, brown skin brown eyes... red hair, black people, but what is really interesting... Even on the members of the same family, One son is white, the other is brown and the other is red, This is AMAZING!!!! Don't you think? We are just ONE RACE We are Puerto Ricans, there is no difference between blacks and whites, browns or reds, Like in USA or other contries, you can see the separation of the races.
We are Mix, our women are beautiful, thats why we have 4 Miss Univereses.
We have no differences, all we are one Race, PUERTO RICANS!!!!!!

If u do ur research on Puerto Rico, u'd find out that we have roots that come from Europe, Taino Indians, and Africa...so ummm, no all Puerto Ricans aren't dark! Research hun...do the research!

Not necessarily. Some Puerto Ricans can be either white or black because they are Hispanics descendants.

My hubby is Puerto Rican and is is lighter than me and I am white LOL. Just like in all races, nationalities, there are many skin colors and shades of those colors.

Not likely. They come from too many backgrounds. A large chunck of the genes are from Spain and other pasrts of Europe, other parts are African and there's even some Amerindian stock (Taino).
It all depends on the "mix" of the person in question. In that sense, they are just like Americans.

no, some puerto ricans are part spanish, so they got white blood, so they are light.

no, just like other hispanic races, my ex was colombian and she was a little dark skin, dark eyes and hair. and gues what her mom looked like me, blonde hair and eyes, i could of passed for her son
