I have a Peach Tree in my house and I have a second one growing from another seed. Does this second tree need any kid of grafting to also have it as a fruit given tree an not just flowering.?
And at what age does it start flowering.?

What kind of branch exept for the already fruit given tree can I use? Can I use any kind of hormone to help it out and do I need ot use any special wrapping arround it.?

First you can not grow a peach inside and expect it to produce fruit, and it likely will not live for very long under those conditions.

yes ,if you plan on it making fruit,then it should be grafted,in the spring is the right time to do it,you can use a Limb from the tree that gives fruit to do this.
