I ve really hurt the guy i love and i lost his trust because im a total idiot the worst part is he thinks i dont tust him. I dont know what to do except reassuring him that i truely love him and that i need him in my life.

Trust is very hard to regain once it is lost. I really don't think that trust can ever be completly regained. The only thing you can do is to not pressure this guy and give him time to sort out his feelings. Put yourself in his shoes, how would you feel?

how did you hurt him? its really hard gain someones trust back. good luck. i don't know how to reassure someone that you love him & need him if he doesn't trust you. maybe it'll be best to just accept your mistake & move on? GOOD LUCK
