I DO NOT like Pink Floyd, but I always did find Syd Barrett to be an interesting person. I had been looking up recent pictures of him last week, I can't believe he died. At least he's free now, ya know?

It's not just you. I cried for about 10 minutes earlier and I still burst into tears every now and again. Syd was my hero and I can't believe he's gone. I feel like my best friend has died.

hold on....yeah, the earth just stopped rotating and all the planets went into different orbits. i heard there's panic in the streets everywhere, utter chaos. seems life will never be the same throughout the universe, except that Britney Spears will continue to make lousy music.

It's really sad but I certainly hope that his dead will bring the rest of the band to contemplate and settle their dispute, and hopefully reunited to work on a new album.
