Pistacchio, hands down! - Great cool, nutty flavor with a smooth texture puctuated by the nuts!
Close second choices - any flavor that is hand churned - peach with real peaches, peppermint stick, chocolate with chunks, coffee with chocolate coffee beans

Butter pecan, because it's so rich with the buttery taste and the pecans add just enough crunch. Gosh now I've got to go have some!

easy- banana split from blue bell.. it's SOOOOO good, and while I am allergic to bananas for some reason these don't make me have an allergic reactions- so yummy icecream plus yummy fruit equals yummy

Ben and Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake........I don't even like cheesecake but I love this ice cream.
Other than that I like mint choc chip.
