Unfortunately for Diego Maradona I think he will mostly be remembered for the 'Hand of God' play which the referee missed and will forever be an embarrassment to football. He will also be remembered for being suspended for using performance enhancing drugs near the end of his career. One has to wonder if he often used them and if the drugs were the reason for his tremendous ability? He was an incredible player! He was a big reason that I wanted to play football and to be like Diego Maradona! I remember the greatness but sadly I see him as a cheater and a whiner... If there was a final match and it ended in a fight, then it only puts an exclamation point on his career.
