Your lawyer should have a copy, so should the court house that your divorce was heard at, if that doesn't help try the birth, deaths and marriages registration in your state and for a small fee they can give you a copy of the statement saying you and your former partner are divorced.

all u have 2 do is go 2 the court house n the county u were divorce n , they will have it on file. u will have 2 pay a fee 2 get them .

all you have to do is go to the Clerk of Courts office and give them your personal information, they can search for it and make you a copy for a small fee of course.
