Which character would win? Plus which one had the best movie recently, Batman Begins or Superman Returns?

In my opinion, Both movies are equally as great but Superman Returns would break the tie because it's newer and I haven't seen it a million times..yet. only 2 so far. and as for who would win Batman carries around a piece of Kryptonite in case Superman goes Red Kryptonite on him, so if he used that Batman would win, but if it were between the two without Kryptonite Superman would definitely win.

Oh Dude!!! Great Question! I think that Superman would win honestly. U Know because he actually has powers and not a whole bunch of gagets. Not meaning 2 rat out B or anything, it's just my opinion. But wasn't Superman Returns Awesome?

Batman would totally kick Superman's @$$ if he uses his emergency Kryptonite but he's more honorable than that, that would give him an unfair advantage, and Superman would only fight Batman if he was on Red Kryptonite, but that's why Batman has Kryptonite on him anyway. Batman would win that fight but that fight should never have happened. As for the movies Superman Returns is absolutely better than Batman and definitely better than Pirates. there's nothing special about pirates and Batman Begins is getting older, even though it's still a great movie, Superman is even better.

Superman, to answer both of your questions. He is more powerful, unlike Batman - who is still human. Also, Superman Returns was more interesting to watch than Batman Begins for several reasons:
1) There is a stronger and more apparent love story in Superman Returns.
2) Superman has more powers than Batman; it is so cool when he uses them against the bad guys.
3) Batman Begins, although many neat devices are included in the movie, is very depressing at times.
4) Superman Returns is more lively and colorful; not so dull/black-white-gray.

Superman would probably win, given that he has super powers. But as far as movies go, Batman Begins kicks Superman Returns' butt any day of the week! Superman Returns was a bit of a disappointment to me. It had its moments but it just didn't have the spirit of the first or second one. Batman Begins was awesome in every way. And one of the only comic book movies that has a run time of 2 and a half hours that didn't drag on in any place. Best comic book movie ever in my opinion with Sin City a close second.

Superman, hands down, would win. He has super powers where as Batman is just smart with some gadgets. One good pop in the head from the Man of Steel and Batman is done. I loved Batman begins but I have not seen Superman as of yet but I doubt a young Superman can top the Dark Knight. Good question!!

Superman Wins hands down because Batmans Mortal. Yeah sure Batman can conjure up some form of krypton gun but what villain out there hasn't come up with that idea or something similar to it. Bottom line Superman crushes Batman in seconds.
As for the movie part of this question, I'd have to give equal balance to both films... 50/50

Superman would win, hands down.
Batman is cool, but Superman is just better.
Which is why it was unfortunate that Batman had the better movie recently. I thought they should have started the Superman movies over again, like they did with Batman.
But I did still enjoy the Superman movie.

Superman would definelty win...He could just freeze Batman with his breath, or burn him with his heat vision. I mean Batman is just a regular guy in a suit, Superman actually has powers.
And Superman Returns is better.

Batman, hands down, would win. Afterall, he is a human that has mastered crime fighting using his wits, inventions and partners. I would have probably said Superman if I hadn't seen his last movie. Superman is a has been and I have to agree with Lois Lane...Earth doesn't need him anymore. Besides, Superman doesn't even have a cool car.
