That depends on what you mean making them bigger. If you only want to them to be viewed bigger for you without changing the actual size of the letters, go to View>Text Size and change to something larger.
However, if you want to change the letters themselves so when others people look that web page, they will see bigger letters too, you will need to change the HTML codes. You can either do it using style sheet or an HTML tag.

If you have windows Click view at the top of the page (3rd one in ) scroll down to text size then choose largest.

In Internet Explorer, I think it's just Tools > Text Size... and set it to something larger.
In Firefox, just press Ctrl and the plus sign until it's big enough.

go to settings.. there is an option to set font size.. larger, huge, etc.
OR try CTRL++ (not sure it works in IE or not)
