I MARRIED A IMMIGRANT. i can help you with this one. look you still have a couple more years before you are 18. but when you turn18, and if your feelings are the same then get married, you'll be an adult so her mom can't do anything about that, but NO getting married does not make her a resident. Once you get married go to a lawyer, it will cost you $1,800 or maybe a little more but the process will go much faster, within the 1st three months she will receive a work permit, if she doesn't already have one, but there is a process you guys will have to go through, once you get the appointment to see a immigration officer they will ask for things like pictures of the wedding, holiday pictures, etc.. once you pay the lawyer you will have to wait maybe a year until she can get her resident card, but once you start this process she cannot leave the U.S. until she is either accepted or denied.. dont worry about the mom once your old enough, what can she do!!!!! visit www.uscis.gov but the best way is through a lawyer they do ALL the paperwork..

Not necessarily. I had a friend who married a Japanese lady. They had to go thru interviews, etc and was turned down twice.
If she has the baby in the United States, the child will be an American Citizen or possibly hold dual citizenship. That would help he stay in this country.
As for her Mother, she may be thinking of the laws in her homeland.
Better be cool with everything right now. Depending on what state you live in, she could and can be considered an adult and you are definitely a minor. That's called statutory rape.
What do your parents have to say about this? Have you talked to them? This is a real touchy situation you are in. Better talk to a lawyer very soon.

yes, but she will only become a rsiden abut 1 year after you guys are married, although if she has the kid here in the us, i think there is some kind of protection for her at least for a few months but for what i know, if you guys get married she will becoma a us citizen, but you will have to live together and everything...it has to be a real marriage. good luck!

properly,it relies upon,if the immigrant is properly worth marrying, why no longer?you are able to no longer placed the cost in those difficulty, there isn't any winner or loser in any style of marriage, the two events takes danger, their emotion, dignity as a individual, yet once you are able to marry many times then why pay?and if a individual needs to help, why sell the legacy

After you marry her, you have to go to uscis//homeland security. You have to fill out tons of paperwork, you will have to sponsor her and you both have to be interviewed by immigration/homeland security. After that, she will receive a conditional green card become a permanent resident alien, and after 2 years of marriage she HAS to go back to immigration one more time to remove the conditional status from her green card. She will then be a permanent resident alien for good and only have to go renew her green card every ten years. Go to http://www.uscis.gov for all the information. You can download all the paperwork that you have to fill out to take to the immigration office in your area to set up your interview. Be patient, this process takes a few months. Dont expect the immigration office to help you at all, they wont even talk to you if you dont prepare first and fill out ALL the paperwork and have all of your birth certificates, marriage certificate, proof of employment, tax returns, etc etc etc. Its a pain but you can do it!
