A company in India , whose owner is a South Korea citizen , owes my company ( Incorporated in Illinois, USA ) money for machines I sold to them . It has been 2 years and they are still postponing payment. I am looking to sue them to get my money. Since this is international customer , can anyone suggest how I should go about this and also suggest a law firm or lawyers in Chicago who can help me in suing the company ?
