Crazy glue on the toilet seat. Difficult to see, don't need much and highly effective (especially in the middle of the night)

Gluing someone's phone handset to the phone. Thats' a good one. Just use like Elmer Glue, so that you can pry it off later. Nothing like ruining company property.

I like simple .. the quarter super-glued to the floor is always just great .... just do it and sit back somewhere to observe the various people try to pick it up.
