Kylie is just soooooooooo cool!
She has been around for over 20 years, - I remember her as Charlene in Neighbours!!!
For a while, she was a little less than cool - the 'i should be so lucky' era, and then there was the obscure era when she had way out songs like Where the Wild Roses Grow, with Nick Cave. She tried a number of comebacks, but it was Spinning Around which really put her back at the top. Thats probably my favourite Kylie track, and not just for the song - those gold hotpants just made you green with envy!!!
I was really sad to hear she had developed breast cancer, last year, but am very glad to hear she is on the mend - i cant imagine a world without her - shes great!!!

God I love Kylie. Isn't she the best thing on two legs? I used to hate her at the beginning, but after her 3rd album, I really started getting into her. I admired the fact that she was really big at the beginning, and she was not afraid to change drastically at the cost of losing her fans. Yet she just got better and better. I absolutely love "Chocolate" Its just what real chocolate sounds like. Really sensual in a melt in your mouth kind of way. I also enjoy "Confide In Me" Again, a very sexy song, and the way she sings it, ooooh it makes me go all goosepimply :)

She's very remixable, which always works. Just like Britney Spears. There are artists that are okay on their own, but people like Above & Beyond can come in and just make an amazing song out of a mediocre one.

Kylie is bigger than Madonna in most of the world, she's just never had much commerical success in the U.S. I personally, don't care much for her music. Just like most artists today her voice is mediocre and her music is all electronically created and enhanced.
I give her props for staying strong through cancer though. I'm younger than her (only 25) and been there myself.

I was a fan of Kylie's when she originally started, and then I drifted away.... Heard "Spinning around" in 2000, and have liked her music since! My personal favourite though is "Tears on my pillow".
