1. Stay out their way.
2. If you have a cell phone, call the police and report the tag number, location of the driver and briefly describe their behavior.
3. If you are in a really, big, safe car and you realize that the driver is going to kill someone, gently try to disable the impaired driver's car by knocking it off the road. Realize that you will never get your damage paid for and that you'll have to do some fast talking when the cops come...but, hey, you saved a life.
4. Or, if your car is equipped with a laser cannon, like mine is, just blow the impaired driver and his car away!

Bumping the offending vehicle off of the road is NOT a good idea. Calling the cops and reporting the tag IS. Then stay away from the impaired driver: if you drive by them, they might hit you.

Slow down and give yourself a lot of space, and/or pull over and call the police to help prevent an accident to innocent drivers.

Give him plenty of room!
If he/she is endangering others, call highway patrol and give location and tag no.
