How do I open a music file that is in one of my emails?

It's going to depend a lot on what e-mail client you have.

For outlook or outlook express, double-click on the file or drag it out onto your desktop and then double-click on it. Should work find from there.

For browser-based e-mail, like Yahoo! mail, there should be an option somewhere to download attachments. With yahoo, there's a "scan and download" button. Follow the directions from there.
