I am being interviewed on TV tomorrow morning (for work - on a local news channel) and I'm nervous! What should I wear? What are some ways I can keep calm and not nervous and goofy? Has anyone else been in my shoes and if so, what did you learn from it? Thanks so much!

Dress professional appropriate for your job. I wouldn't recommend caffeine or anything like that it may make you more jittery or nervous or talk to much. I love coffee but that would be me, shaking and babbling.
I am sure you have an idea what they are going to talk about. So prepare yourself with some common question answers. Review it in your head. Hey even think of a cute 'oops' if you say something stupid. 'Like sorry haven't had my coffee today.' You will do fine. I am sure the piece will last no more than 4 minutes but it will seem like an hour when your talking. GOOD LUCK! I am sure you will do fine! =)
