My vote goes to Italy. They have always been boring to watch. 8 players inside their box from the 20th minute in the final.

Italy was boring to watch...they didn't impress me at all...and Materazzi is a scum....he should be banned from the World Cup forever...and they should also strip his WC medal away...idiot!
anyway...that England vs Ecuador match didn't feel like a single elimination round...I could have bet my house and another million pounds england would win.....it was like Ecuador said....."oh okay...we made it to the second round...go ahead England...you could win..good luck in the next round!" I don't know but it almost seemed like the players from Ecuador didn't care if they were eliminated....it seems like they expected to be eliminated...at least that's the way I saw it..and it was a pretty strange game with Beckham getting sick on the field.
I don't think the US National team was boring...I just thought they didn't put a lot of effort and passion in their games...although I must say the Italy vs. USA match was one of the most exciting games of the tournament..
and I don't think Trinidad & Tobago were boring...they were actually one of the most exciting teams to watch...I loved that T&T vs. Sweden game...that to me was one of the best too...
...I don't think other teams were boring to watch...they just didn't put as much passion as other countries...
ask us who was the most exciting....yah..

England were the most boring team once again. i dont know why they insist on passing the ball towards their own net when youre supposed to go forward with it.
Now that sven borin erickson has left we might be able to get some good exiting football out of the english players. Look at the pace theyve got out wide with Lennon & Cole.
England have been the most boring team for the past 5 years without a doubt.

Switzerland and England were both pretty boring, and Brazil wins the Boring Underachiever of the Year award, if there were such a thing. (Spain are the chronic underachievers, but they were more exciting to watch!)

England except for their last game, that was pretty entertaining but that was because they were against Portugal. England vs Ecuador, I almost fell into a coma during that match.

The USA. I was rooting for them, and they could only score 2 goals the whole tourney, and one of those was an own goal.
