Nerve damage, you could have previously damaged something in your neck that could be causing arm and spine pain. I'm sure it's nothing that can't be fixed, don't be too alarmed, just get to the doctor and get some x-rays soon!!!

It sounds like a herniated disk is pressing on a nerve or nerves. You need to call your doctor for a referral. The specialist will do an MRI and treat the swelling and pain with anti-inflammatories and pain killers/muscle relaxers. In severe cases they MIGHT recommend surgery, however most likely they will give you physical therapy, and teach you exercises to do at home to strengthen your back/stomach muscles to provide more support to your back. Sounds like a nerve problem, you may have a bulged or herniated disk in your back or neck pressing on a nerve. See a Dr for a MRI

possible nerve damage, or a mild stroke, and before anyone cracks a ***** for saying stroke, my aunty had a stroke a while back and had similar problems as you have, a stroke does not always effect a persons face, but a few slight strokes over a period of time can cause this problem.
