If you don't want to use oil, try using a light moisturiser. You'll have to keep applying as it gets absorbed, but hey.
To master a good massage, try and imagine how what you are doing to the other person feels. If you think it would feel good, you're probably right. If you don't think you'd like anyone to do to you what you're doing to the other person, then don't do it.

start by slowly and firmly rubing up the fotowards the lleg then do some deeper rubbing the same movement again, next criss cross across the sole of the foot with ur thumbs keep pressure deep, hold the clients angle and rotate the foot slowly with ur hands, in the centre of the sole there should be a dip this is ur solar plexis (knot of nerves found below the diapharm) press and rotate clockwise to re energise client and anti cloack wise to unwind choose one or the other based on client preferance. putting ur hands one on the lateral side of the foot and one on the medial then rub alternatly up and down v. fast creating friction, snatching toes with both hands pretty firmly also feels fantastic! always end the massage with the rubbing movements described at the beginning. If u are unwinding the client its a great idea to do some breathing exercises with them push there feet back slowly telling them to breath in then pull forward slowly telling them to breath out- I use a rotine similur to this b4 and after a reflexology session and the only medium used 4 that is talc so ur b fine using no medium!

oil is always good, otherwise you end up with too much friction, and that has the opposite effect of the one you desire. When it comes to the feet, I always find that a firm palm rubbing the bottom of the foot, from the heal to the toes, is very pleasant. use your fingers gently on toes and fingers, fan apart the toes and fingers and drag your fingers over the tops of your subjects fingers / toes. Taking the point of your finger and moving in small clockwise movements along the base of the foot, and inside of the palm can also be quite relaxing.

Oh yeah! i have were given problem ft so i love to have an effective deep rubdown. i'm very ticklish also, in spite of the indisputable fact that it relies upon on how the rubdown is done. If it is deep and not basic the way i love it it doesn't tickle. If it is mild and wispy it is going to tickle.
