I believe that the best way to lose wt is by eating healthy food and to try to do some type of exercise. I know is hard for some people to eat healthy when there is a lot of junk food places, but if u really want 2 lose weight u'll make smart choices.

Along wiith this regular dieting and excersize are needed. Be sure to only consume a diet of up to 1800 calories daily. Dispose of every food in your house including more than 150grms of sodium, more than 5 grms of sugar, ANY trans fat, or any saturated fat. Along with that be sure to consume large amounts of Vitams and Minerals. Excersize atleast 30 - 60 minutes a day. I hope this helps!

Change what you eat...Do you eat alot of meat? Do you eat alot of Dairy? All of these things are not good. Did you know that you regular dairy milk that you buy from the Store contains a certain level of Puss & Blood. I know it seems too easy but my wife is on this diet and is losing alot of weight. also try simple work outs like walking. Also no caffine.

i'm assuming wt means weigth. the best way to lose it is to devote yourself to serious excersing and dieting. you can also try nutrisystem, but no dieting pill works. just old fashion sweating, eating right,.....and they say that nutrisystem is good. watch the commercial.
