The herbs do taste foul but from experience this does work and is worth it.
For a brief problem or just to relieve current symptoms try a warm bath with 10 drops pure tea tree oil mixed with a third of an eggcup of olive or almond oil, pour this in the bath after it has run, it is very helpful as tea tree is fungicidal and bacteriacidal.
Ensure you do not use bubble baths or other irritants and wear pure cotton underwear, use non bio washing powder.
Also try eating natural live yoghurt or buying capsules with the live acidophilis bacteria (Healthspan sell a good version of these for a healthy gut and to help thrush)
Avoid the overpriced live yoghurt drinks, they are full of sugar which will make things worse.

go to cheapest healthshop and buy a.... sorry i cant pronounce the name(theyll know what u want) believe me taking 2 of these tablets a day will keep thrush at bay till u stop- its called acidophillus ive just remembered and it works when nothing else will-good luck

nope. if youve had it for a while there might be a deeper problem than thrush. see a doctor
