Vitamin B helps burn the sugar in your body and convert it into energy. If you are on a low sugar low calorie diet as well then you may feel tired. Best thing to do is track what you eat for a few days and watch your calorie and sugar intake levels.

I know that you can over do it with Vitamin A and that Vitamin K are toxic if taken in too much doses; Vitamin B is water soluble; so you can flush it out of your system by drinking a bunch of water; but be careful with the B drinks; sometimes you can get a niacin flush; which will turn you bright red...also; I think you should go to a doctor if you need more help.

You can overdose on water. You can overdose on anything.

Check what you eat and your super-b complex. I can't tell you if you are taking too much or not, but if you check what you're eating, you can find out.

It is possible to have too much of absolutely anything - even something that is good for you is bad if you use too much of it.
