well, it depends...my manager made a move on me and I told him that if it happened again I would become his manager.
It all depends on how you look at things.
I feel sorry for some of the guys around here that calls a girl "BABY" and gets sexual harassment slapped on them. Girls need to buck up.
Need to say though that there are men out there that deserve that but not all. Men are men no matter how you look at it.

It depends on how its done. The man seriously runs the risk of being brought up on harrassment charges these days...
If it's polite and respectful, I say "no thank you..I don't play where I work...but if you or I ever leave the company, don't hesitate to call me."
If it's obnoxious and tacky, I suggest to them that perhaps we need to discuss with their manager, and HR, that they are in need of a class on sexual harrassment in the work place.
