I have regular ducks like the mallard and other breeds, but I have never seen their penis.
I also have muscovy ducks, which is actually a South American perching bird, who doesn't like the water much because their feathers can get waterlogged and could cause them to drown.The muscovy ducks have the red bumps on their heads and walk with their heads going forward and back, similar to a rocking motion.
The muscovy drakes will sometimes let their penises hang out when they are breeding the hen ducks in the spring. It is reddish color and looks twisted, almost like a corkscrew. As soon as breeding season is over, their organ is put back inside their body until the next spring.
