Nearly three quarters of new admissions to state prison were convicted on nonviolent crimes. only 49 % of sentenced state inmates are held for violent offenses. Blacks constitute 63% of all drug offenders admitted to state prisons.
Criminals has no color, gender or creed, and it is not exclusive only to the lower income families.

Statistically people are in jail who come from broken homes, poverty and low education. Hmmm sounds like the ghetto to me. Society must fix the ghetto to fix the numbers of people going to jail. And, stop making it a race thing!

The issue is that we allow people to develop what they want, not what is good for others. so if someone feels intimidated by intelligence because they have never understood that intelligence is a muscle, they develop the other muscles and use them against those they love. Its like your wanting to find fault with a generalized population. Your indimidated and only know how to express your intimidation as you have learned. Are you at fault for expressing your fear at the lowest level of intelligence? Develop your brain muscle and solve the issue yourself, I dare you.

I am not going to argue the point but when you make that type of a question you better list your statistics. And it has to be some place that people can verify.
Other wise it sounds racist

Most blacks are not violent, most just want to work, raise their families, worship in the place of their choice, and live in peace. Violence and criminal activity is not exclusive to one race.

If you laid out crime statistics by socio-economic level and access to education & opportunity, you'd see a much more telling story than by looking exclusively at race.

okay, i wouldn't say you're a "racist punk," but you are an ignorant assface. Poverty, low education, and family troubles is the reason why many people (black, white, Hispanic, Asian, etc...) turn to crime.

Black hating laws? 'Laws' used to hate Jews in Nazi Germany. And mainly Jews were 'guilty'.
