No, people from India have black skin and no genetic relation to africans other then the fact that all races except black left africa as one group and then evolved differently over a period of 40-30 thousand years. The reason Italians, greeks sometimes have olive skin and dark hair is b/c its sunnier their so they need more protection from the sun. If within a period of just 30 thousand years a group of africans that all looked the same can look as different as chinese and blonde hair finnish then, it shouldn't take long for italians to develop slightly darker skin in a short period of time. Arabs have some black mixed in, and some italians and greeks have some arab blood. But this isn't what gives them olive skin. Its the fact they live in a sunny area. Edit: ooohhhhhh I see you don't really believe that ridiculous statement you are just using it to show how crazy the idea that all light skinned africans must have white in them. ok I am no expert but I don't know any light skinned sub Saharan african populations that are light skinned. I mean it doesn't make sense to develop light skin in hot sunny weather. I mean italians have olive skin b/c it was developed after their skin was real white then they migrated and to a sunnier location so it became a little darker again .

Lets see. Dark African American has itchy white spots. What to do. Oh I know, lets ask Yahoo! Answers and I will get medical advice from strangers instead of going to a Doctor to get proper medical advice.

when something abnormal is going on you need to see a doctor. The longer you wait on some health issues can sometimes be the answer between life and death. But go to the doctor. it is probably something simple. I had a friend you has a mixed baby and she has problems with her skin due to some kind of pigmentation problem. Go to the doctor.

It's probably no more than a slight discolor in his pigmentation. If it worries you guys, see a dermatologist.
