No, it's as bad as this site and any other site that exposes underage kids to 40 year old perverts

No way! It's bad if you're not smart about it. My profile says that i just want to network with the friends that i already have and i don't put up suggestive photos. It has been a wonderful tool in helping stay in contact with friends from high school and that i meet in the military.

The site is only as bad as the people on it. If certain people didn't use my space to do some low-down dirty things it would be thought of that way now would it? But as other people have answered this question, they Do need to thin of a way to keep children in their section and adult in THEIRS. OR they could keep underage people off the web-site alltogether. But I don't hink my space is as bad as people make it out to be. It's only that we hear the bad things more often than hearing good things.

the reason its bad for some people is becuase they do not know how to make thier myspace safe. and some teenagers think its great to post pics of themselves doing bad things and think no one will see them. you have to be cautious. its just like any other site like that.
some suggestions:
make your profile private!
approve all comments before you get them!
make it so only your friends can message you!
make it so people have to know your last name or email address to even add you!

I think it's only as bad as you make it. If you want to be stupid and put your whole life up there and make friends with whoever asks, yes it can be bad. But if you watch what you do and don't do thing just to get more friends it can be fine.

well if u are a girl then yes it is bad especially a stupid girl bc there are 45 yr. old men on myspace that live with there mothers that say they are like17 or sumthin and if u like that kinda stuff the whole molesting raped KILLED stuff then sure its a great site!!!

no, I do think people need to be cautious & be smart about who they are talking to, & I think parent need to get involved in their childrens lives & know whats going on in order for them to be safe.
