Get rich by commercialising a great innovation well.
Seriously. You might come up with the best idea since sliced bread, but then actually making it, marketing it, selling it, managing the growth and PR is the hard part.
Do it well and you could be filthy rich in a few years time.
Look at the guy who invented CDs - he's not rich, but the guy who bought it and marketed it is.
Apple invented the GUI for computers and did a great job, but Microsoft commericialized it better.

Start by saving your money. Don't blow it on crap like $100.00 jeans and $6.00 Coffees. Then get 2 jobs and work your butt off. Live like a miser on next to nothing, and within about 15 or 20 years you will be rich.
Or you can just win the lottery, but that is very difficult.

It really takes a lot of hard work. But you do not have to work for 20 to 30 years as we have been lead to believe, and you CAN NOT do it by working for someone else. I work for my self and can tell you, you can retire in 2-5 years if you can do what I do. It is the easiest thing I have ever done and I love it. Buy a chicken, sell the eggs...buy a rooster to start a chicken family with the money made...keep selling the eggs and hatch some chicks every so often to make more eggs...you'll be a millionaire in no time!!
