It depends on the extent of your injuries, if you are not badly injured but just wanna take some time off just chill it out and take a few weeks off and start getting back into the groove by stretching very little and stretch more and more when u feel u can do more and are comfortable with it. It also might be helpful if u talk to your doctor and see if u can dance still and if u can how long until u can again and ask him/her what kind of stretches u can do to get better and what stretches will help u stay in dancing shape so that when its time for u to go back ure not bein held behind,

What is an exident?

If you mean accident, how were you injured? What is the extent of your injuries? What is the prognosis? How long ago were you injured? What type of dancing do you do?

Be nice you guys. Well I would start slowly taking just a few classes a week. You may want to take pilates to get your strength and flexibility back too.

If you're in a wheelchair you can spin around and go front and back all fast and what not.
