It is usually important to drive the person out of town, and dump them in a body of water. Make sure however that you weigh them down, else the person will rise to the surface again.

depends on what kind of person they are. if they are the i can't live without you type try being the bad guy and do everything they hate and make them dump you. if not just tell them its not working out and you thing its time for you guys to see other people. good lucky. hope its not the i can't live without you type.
