says that I'd be surprised by how many women actually wax. She is thinking upwards of 30% while I said no way maybe 10-15%. So I am taking a poll. The way this whole thing came about is she had to take off work to go wet waxed because that was the only time the lady she likes could get her in. My reaction was like yeah sure, you just want to play hookey from work (which is as good a reason as any to play hookey) there can't be that many ladies waxing. She said when she started 6 years ago that may have been true but now it's way more common for maintenance, hygene, and asthetic reasons. So ladies wide open to everyone of all ages do you wax or have you in the past year? Incedentially we are not talking about eyebrows, legs, upper lips, or arm pits.

I go every four weeks for maintenance, and if my lady needed me to go in the middle of the day I'd just take my lunch hour at that time...but I think your girlfriend is correct. My lady is CONSTANTLY booked and I actually have appointments set up for a year because she's so busy!
It hurts the most the first time and then you become acclimated to the pain...it's not so bad, and the hair doesn't grow back as thick after a while.

I've tried it once myself on my legs and it hurt so freaking bad!! I hated it so I haven't gone to try the bikini wax yet, but when I do it will be with a professional. And yea, hygiene is that important that we must skip work to take care of ourselves! I would do it.

AAUUGGHH!! S&M alert! That crap hurts. No I do not and don't plan on it. I waxed my right leg once. The left one ended up under the razor, after I stopped crying.

i do, but not regularily. its too expensive. and i only get it done on my lower back and bikini. everything else you can reach yourself.
and duh! it hurts! some women don't mind it as much because they are freaks about hair like my sis. but i do it cause you feel so much cleaner and sexier with that all cleaned up. of course..for that day your just red.
so just for the record, me and my two sisters all go get waxed to varying degrees. come on ladies, you seriously all shave everywhere?!? red bumps anyone? or ingrowns?

i dont.... just shave. im kinda scared of getting it waxed down south. i feel like its gonna hurt like a mofo. but right now im stickin to shavin. :-) i think ur right on ur poll. i dont know many gurls that wax down there.. they use the razor just like me!

only when i go on vacation or have a super duper event, but it hurts tooooooo much and is too expensive to do it regularly.

No...used to but found it caused too many ingrown hairs....now i razor.....much nicer...and fun for my bloke too!!!
