Assuming it's more or less just like the one in Atlanta, a couple of things.
1. Pack your own food. They allow pass outs, so you can re-enter the park after going to your car to eat. The park food is RIDICULOUSLY expensive, and frankly, not very good.
2. Pack your own drinks, especially plenty of water. There are water fountains, but by design, they are few and far between, and the park will nickel and dime you to death on drinks. This is especially important as it's apt to be hot. (freeze some water bottles and carry them into the park in a backpack or something. I didn't do this, but saw plenty of folks that did, and I wish I had.)
3. Height restrictions. If the sign says 54", they mean 54".
4. Have the kids wear a solid colored shirt, something loud and easy to spot in a crowd. ( I told my daughter, unless you want to hold my hand all day, you will stay close to me without having to be told.)
5. Burn a vacation day and go in the middle of the week. Even in the summer the worst crowds are still on the weekends. We went on a Tuesday.
Have fun.

1. Dress them in the same colored t-shirt as you and not white, like a pink or something bright.
2. Take it easy at the park, maybe look up online and have both of your girls discuss what they would like to go on or see first so then when you get to the park there will be no fights.
3. There's a lot to do and the lines are long so discuss with them that they might not go on everything.
4. See a show! They have really cool shows there all the time, be sure to check one out!
5. Take a break during the day-drink some water, relax and take it easy, maybe play a few games or two.
6. Possibly limit your spending to one thing each from the gift shop, then they each get something to remember, but you don't spend too much, also, get it last so then you don't have to carry it around.
7. Don't forget to bring a camera! They have the characters walking around sometimes so you don't want to miss out on a good oppurtunity to take some great pictures!

The huge roller coaster Superman Ride of Steel was the best ride at the back in my opinion. However, I am not certain if your younger ones are coaster enthusiasts or not. They do have a wide variety of rides that are suitable for all ages besides roller coasters. Also, check online to find a map and see about what rides and attractions really catch your eye.
Although I cannot remember the other ride names, I did find a couple of the smaller coasters to be more exciting than they looked, plus Joker's Wild Ride was a real good spin (I remember that because the ride moves in a couple different directions while the wheel spins you around).
Enjoy yourselves and have a great time.

You'll need to bring alot of money because the food and games are really expensive. You can opt to bring your own food, but the only problem is that you CANNOT bring it into the park - it must stay in your car. Please DON'T do this though, your food will spoil in the Summer sun & heat.
Please also bring towels and bathing suits for your Daughters. I think that Six Flags New England also has water rides.
Please, as well, also bring sunscreen, sun glasses, hats, and other kinds of sun protectents for everyone.
Enjoy your day/evening at Six Flags.
Have a lovely rest of the day.

It would be awesome to see a map and decide what you want to do before you get there. Also, if all of you are planning on riding the rides, pack a backpack instead of purses. That way you can wear it and everything will hopefully be secure during rides. Take extra money for a locker, as these will be available too. Don't forget essentials like dramamine if anyone is motion sick, sunscreen, and Tylenol or advil, as sometimes roller coasters give me headaches. HAVE FUN!!

i agree with the advice to not pressure them. my parents used to make me go on all sorts of rides and i hated every vacation because of it. keep really good tabs on your kids at all times, if one kid doesn't want to go on the ride, the other doesn't go unless you're bringing another guardian.
