Some women never get it.

There's no set period. Some get sick within a week or two, and as I said before, some never do, and some just get a little queasy at weird times. I only had morning sickness with one (and it lasted all 9 months and all day long) but with all 3, brushing my teeth with toothpaste would gag me.

Go figure!

Some people don't even have morning sickness. I had what I called "after lunch sickness". I never got sick until after 1 pm. I would say the normal range is between 2-6 weeks. The sickness is due to your hormones changing so rapidly, which occurs the most rapidly in the first 4-8 weeks.

With most people it's within about 2-3 weeks, but some people get lucky and don't have any morning sickness!

I started to get morning sickness about a month after I got pregnant. It can start earlier though. Some women don't even get morning sickness though...they are SO lucky!

I experienced it a week prior to missing my period and finding out I was pregnant. The bad thing about morning sickness is that it can occur at any point during your pregnancy - not just the first trimester.

It was about 4 weeks for me, and it came at any time, not just the morning and lasted the whole rest of the pregnancy.

Every woman is different. Usually it begins within 2-3 weeks, but some women dont get it until 1-2 months, lucky them.

As everyone has said, it varies from woman to woman. I'm 3 months pregnant and I started having them at 3 weeks, and it is all day sickness.....I'm hoping this goes by fast, It's really awfull, I cant take it any longer, so if you havent had any yet don't linger for it, they suck!

You can start having it right away. I started when I was about 5 weeks pregnant, but I've heard of some ladies having it like a week after they conceived.
