are you good friends? because if your friends they might think your just playing around. ask them what they think of you its the straightest and fastest way to find out.

Just quit trying so hard. Just be yourself. If they won't pay attention, then just look elsewhere. There is no point in obsessing about someone that doesn't actually want a relationship with you.

Depends on how long it has been going on, if s/he still not responding, s/he is either a frigid/impotent or not interested in you, so there.... hit the road and move on..
