hi ....i too suffered a lot n now a also a bit ... take 2 boil eggs n one hot cup of tea ..apply some ointment on lower abdomen n a hot water bag .. im sure these will help ... try it and then tell me ..ok take care ....

I would recommend taking either midol or pamprin. Start taking them a week before your period starts then the menstrual pain won't be as intense.

Evening primrose tablets help a lot. You can get them in the drugstore or at walmart in the vitamin and herb section.

See your OB-GYN to rule out any mentrual pain causes such as, endometriosis, fibroids and such. Don't mess with mentrual pain.
