What meter are you using? The Federal level for a positive opiate test is 2000 (EMIT Screen (ng/ml) and GC/MS confitmation). How that affects you varies widely. Some people are drunk after two beer and others take six. The physiology and tolerance level of the person make all the difference in the world.
