it's based on wheat which is a living plant made of carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, sulfur, and potassium to name a few elements. as for a formula not really

Flour is actually a mixture of compounds and so it therefore doesn't have a formula. Im sure it is made out of compounds of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.

everything has a chemical formula

in the case of wheat or any living object it is going to be multiple molecules, aech with their own atomic formula

flour most likely has carbon of some sort and h20
