Ok I have had a problem for like the last 8 months, I wake up in the mornings and I dont feel like myself I am pissed at the world and I want to cry and the worst thing is when I feel like I have mixed emotions about my 2 year relationship and when I have those feelings it breaks my heart!!! I have times in the day when I will be fine, just happy go lucky and then the next second I am ready to cry, im fighting mad for no reason, and I have those feelings about my boyfriend they are not really feelings they are thoughts of what if I dont love him and what if we were to break up and I cry because thinking of that breaks my heart and makes me want to die!!!!! What in the world could be wrong with me and making me do all that especially those thoghts about me and my boyfriend??? Because after I have those thoughts and everything is ok I am ready to move him in and back to thinking about getting married!!!!! What is wrong with me??

It sounds like you are suffering from depression. Depression is insidious and can happen to ANYONE. Please go see your doctor for a reference to a qualified psychiatrist, psychologist or counsellor for help. Even a slight chemical imbalance could trigger these emotional roller-coasters you are going through. It's nothing to be ashamed of. You are not crazy. It happens to thousands of people who are good, sane people. It's just an illness, like getting kidney disease or something. The great news is there's many options for treatment these days and things that don't have to affect your quality of life. I suspect that it would greatly improve your quality of life and ease the roller-coaster of emotions you are experiencing on a daily basis.
Good luck and God bless!

Nothing is wrong with you.
Sounds like possible depression.
I encourage you to find someone you trust to talk to, just to get it out...sounds like a lot on your mind. Consider a therapist - it doesn't mean you're crazy - therapists can be really helpful in just sorting life out. Everyone needs someone to talk to at times.
I agree with others - if a therapist does recommend an anti-anxiety or other drug - find another therapist. Drugs are not the answer. The answers are within.

it sounds as if you are going through some pretty emotional times and from what you say they have been going on for quite awhile, don't dismiss them. one thing for sure you need to see a doctor and let him help you find out what is wrong and how best to deal with it. it is probably something very simple and temporary, like stress or too many things going on at once and overwhelming you but in saying that you should take it seriously, you obviously recognize something is wrong and its obviously making you feel bad about yourself and others and its showing in your actions. ask a professional doctor or counselor for help in dealing with this as you and your relationship are worth it. good luck !

Your stressed out?....
Why do people make so much about nothing, really hon, if you went to a doctor, they would assign you some weird mental condition and put you on drugs, which are NOTHING more than a cover up for the actual problem...You need to deal and look inside yourself and figure out for yourself what is going on, if your not skilled or unwilling to do it for yourself go to a councler WITHOUT drug options and have them help you look at yourself...-smiles- really its better to do it without drugs, it will make you stronger!!

Your a woman. Isn't that normal for women?
Sorry to hear that you feel like you want to die, that's not good. Maybe it would be a good thing for you to see a therapist or possibly your doctor who can perscribe Medicine.

Sounds like you may be over stressed over something or possibly suffering from depression. See a doctor, this will only get worse if not treated.

Maybe you have a chemical imbalance. Maybe you just aren't happy. See a professional to help you talk through some of your emotions.
