where did the quote : "dance like nobody's watching love like u've never been hurt...." come from? is it from a book?

Well, a lot of people think they are Mark Twain's words...

I just spent about 15 minutes looking this up. The quote goes:
Dance as though no one is watching you.
Love as though you have never been hurt before.
Sing as though no one can hear you.
Live as though heaven is on earth.
It has been attributed to Mark Twain, Satchel Paige, and Alfred D Souza. I have no idea which is correct.

On the web, I've found this time after time attributed to Mark Twain...although never citing the original source...

Well, it AIN'T Mark Twain! I know it's been attributed to him, but I'll never believe it.
