How can a women make her butt look higher and firmer?

Lunges!

Position: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed slightly out. Hold the dumbell between your legs.

Start: Stick out your butt and move downwards as if you were lowering yourself into a chair until your thighs are nearly parallel to the floor. Keep your back straight and look straight ahead.

Finish: Exhale and push smoothly until the weight is raised to full extension. Pause momentarily and repeat.

Tip: If you don't have time to make it to the gym, this is a great exercise that can easily be done at home with an object like a jug of water.

Tone those butt muscles! Try some squats, lunges, biking, hiking, etc. I won't copy and paste the details here, but if you are interested, check out the attached website.

Also, you could try fashions that excentuate the butt. Certain patterns, styles, and design features are made to create the illusion of a higher and firmer butt, without the work of toning.

When you walk flex your butt muscles and upper thigh muscles and count to 15 or so. Release, and then repeat as often as you can. This builds muscle that will make your thighs and butt firmer and higher. You know its working when you feel a little sore the next day. Sometimes a good pair of pants can help too.

flex your butt whenever you can, it really makes a difference in tightening the muscles and creating a firmer bettter looking butt. when i say flex, i mean when your walking down the street, sitting on your couch or doing your daily excercises (which are extremely important!)

Of course working out. But it's a known fact that using high heels makes a woman's butt look rounder and higher.

There is a very easy exercise for that and it worked with me , Stand against the wall with your face facing the wall put both your hands on the wall and push your leg to the opposite direction ( straight leg) do each leg 100 times every day

Some women wear special underwear (it's kind of cheating to let you know), most women are born with it, but if you want yours to change, I suggest you start making a workout scheduel for your glutes/buttox/buns/butt. Those words are all talking about your butt too, so when you look for exercises, look for those names.
