They charged Wayne Rooney so they will investigate him and see what happens. Depends if the racist incident can be proved. If someone called me a son of a terrorist whore I would have head butted him aswell.

what will happen to Zidane after head butting the Italian player?. ermm... firstly, FIFA must investigate what happened behind his action. Zidane is not stupid to do such thing in his last game. NO RACISM. so FIFA should not taking action without knowing the truth and follow the slogan.
after that, since Zidane retired from football, he will not be suspended from international match.and he will continue his life with his planning for the future.

Usually something like this would cause Zidane to be suspended for the next couple of games that France play. As this was his final game for the team, I don't think there is much they can do... I've never heard of any monetary fines ever being handed out.

It is possible, wayne rooney was given a several-match suspension, but since zidane is retired, they cant do that. However, it shows thatthe world cup has influence over outside events, since the matches he was suspended from werent world cup matches, so he could possibly be fined. Not that it would make a difference to him, he has advertising contracts with danon, orange, etc...

He's done, what can they charge him with, he didn't injure like anything broken or whatever so there is nothing to charge him with.
