Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?
Just remember, take each moment like it will be the last. This I feel will be a good start for you in knowing. Good Luck!!!!!!!

Perhaps your both eyeball F***ing each other and need to stop it right away if neither one is willing to step up to the plate. On the other hand, both of you could see similar qualities of admiration in each other. Also, we all have our types and fantasies, and perhaps you fit his built. Nothing beats a failure but a try. But I'm against outting people; when you don't have all the facts. There could be serious consequences to your action that would paramount someone else's life into turmoil. DON'T!!!!!

If the guy likes you then you shouldn't do an act of outing someone else. The only person you should be outing is yourself because it should be the guys choice when he wants to come out and not yours. Also you need to realize that if you out him how will it affect him and the way people look at him. You don't want to ruin a good frienship.

In what way do you think you could benefit by injuring (or trying to injure) someone else? Will that make you feel better in some way? If you feel somehow threatened by him, that is a poor excuse for seeking some kind of revenge, where there has not been any actual wrong-doing. You need to think clearly here.

Why don't you out yourself and express your strong desire for him to him?
If he responds in kind you'll be able to find a room and enjoy yourselves without the need to out either one of yourselves to the general public.
Of course if he's not gay/bi and he shout out hat you are from the rooftops, you'll know exactly how he would have felt if he were gay and you had done the same to him.
A lesson learned...

do you like him back? Ask him and tell him what you think and feel. Why do you want to tell people he is gay? That should be his decision and not yours unless you are a couple.
