Because the have big heads and have power trips. I hear ya. I hate people like that.

They probably aren't happy with their working conditions and don't work together as a team. Misery loves company, so after awhile everyone falls into the same mood. If you work at this office, ask why people seem so unhappy there and try to do things to brighten up the place. Bring in a vase of flowers or some cookies. I'm not saying that would solve the whole issue, but it should bring a smile to their faces for at least a couple seconds.

How's a person supposed to answer your question with no details? Try again, write a couple paragraphs. Even if you knew the answer though, it wouldn't make things better. Usually all you can do is take the high road and stay above it. You should work on an exit plan too.
