They are getting led around by the noses, their masters throw out some raw meat issues to get em to vote for the party that's robbing them. Its sick.

Uh, the economy is booming. 18 straight quarters of growth, current growth rate at 5.6% (booming), unemployment at 4.6%, over 5 million new jobs since 2003, low tax rates, and all economic indicators showing continued growth.
They did do something about the economy, after Bush inherited a recession followed shortly by the economic aftershocks of 9/11.
And why do you think that the issue of protecting marriage from the whim of 5 (or fewer) tyrants in black dresses (judges) is not an important issue? It is. We look at the fact that 4 people decided that homosexual marriage was the law of the land in Massachusetts, with the people and their elected representatives held mute. That, people, is tyranny, any way you look at it.

If liberals didn't bring those issues to the ballot booth no one would vote on them. But so long as you try to change the traditions of our country we'll continue to vote against them as we vote for our views on the economy, wages and jobs.

For the last time,6 years of Bush has prooven 2 things:
1-Conservatives hate Gays because it reminds them how weak THEY are for their traditionalist morality by comparison.

In response to Vermont granting "civil unions" in the 1990's Bill Clinton signed and Democrats overwhelmingly supported the Defense of Marriage act. Which supports HETEROSEXUAL marriage. Explain that.

It is an election year. The more that they can drum-up (or dumb-up) their base, the better they'll do.
The problem is that when you start talking about issues like this that are primarily religion-based, people tend to forget about the larger "religion-based" issues, like equality, compassion, and understanding.

We don't vote one way or another. We vote for what is on the ballot to be voted for. Oh and btw, Dems and independents do the same. We can only vote for what's in front of us.

Unlike liberals, we can walk and chew at the same time. Is your pea brain only able to process one thought per day? And it is not "gay marriage". It is the agenda to allow men who like to have anal sex with other men, and women who like to fondle other women, to play house and pretend it's a culture.

"conservative" is a political philosophy. "Democrat" is the call of a political party. there are a spread of conservatives who're registered Democrats. celebration: me. i'm too lazy or too disinterested to bypass to the courthouse to regulate my registration. I vote for the conservative Democrat contained in the popular and the added conservative Republican contained in the final election.
